Paddling poem. By Charlie Cameron

Pressure through the feet

Twisting though your seat

Dig the blade in deep

Glide

Repeat

Just ignore the pain

Paddle through the rain

You must be insane

Glide

Again

Stillness at dawns crack

Tide has turned to slack

Lengthen through your back

Glide

Attack

Lats engaged. make sure

Hold onto your core

Push the blade in more

Glide

And sore
