Let’s get as many entries in as possible and show up strong—let’s turn Royal RCC red!

Parking Information Parking is limited at Trowlock Way, so please consider the following:

• Paddle up if possible

• Park opposite Royal Canoe Club and paddle over

• Use limited spaces at Trowlock Way (follow signage and listen to marshals)

Timings

• Check-in: From 8:30 am (team leaders only)

• Geoff Sanders Race: – Briefing: 09:30 – Start: 10:00

• Hasler Divisional Races: – Briefing: 10:15 – Start: 11:00(Exact start order will be confirmed at the briefing)

Number Boards Collected by team leaders at check-in and must be returned post-race.

Safety Requirements

• Mandatory Buoyancy Aids: – All Division 7, 8, 9 paddlers – All Geoff Sanders paddlers

• Juniors in Divisions 1–6: – Must wear buoyancy aids unless a Royal disclaimer is submitted – Parents/guardians must complete this Google Form when entering

Note: Organisers may require additional safety measures based on conditions. Their decision is final.

Entry Fees

• Hasler Races: – Seniors: £12 per seat – Juniors: £10 per seat

• Geoff Sanders: £5 per seat

• Late Entries: +£5 per seat

No entries on the day.All entries and payments must be made via the GB Canoe Marathon Race Entry System.
